Your role will be to build out the Executive Search function of this firm and grow out their US operations in this sector.

There is already an existing pipeline available upon arrival, so you can work from day one, however your true mission will be to scale this and staff a team around you.
You will be responsible for hiring several executive search recruiters, guide/mentor and performance manage them.
