Our client are growing, and recruiting an exciting new position for a Paid Marketing Executive to take a lead on on all paid Marketing reporting, analysis and insight generation. You will be based in their London office near Liverpool Street.
Duties will include:
You will be promoting the use of data to drive business strategy, driving a data-driven culture – whether that be with recent new starters, or experienced senior directors.
Query our internal databases to provide data for projects ranging from Ad-Hoc analysis through to building data pipelines for automated reporting.
Ad management and performance across all social media channels
Solely responsible for SEO improvements
Proactively identify opportunities to drive positive strategic change
Pipeline mapping through external portals such as LinkedIn.
Creation and delivery of regular email marketing campaigns to target audiences including a client Newsletter
Use of data and insights to identify potential target audiences
What they're looking for:
Successful candidates should be able to process data, manage data, and organize data. Responsibility also includes preparing data for launching various campaigns and reporting on various campaign performance metrics.
At least 2 years experience in Paid Marketing or SEO
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong data analysis and data interpretation abilities High attention to detail and an ability to maintain this whilst working at pace
Previously worked for a recruitment business would be a bonus but not a requirement
Developing lead-generation campaigns and platforms with proven results.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp.
Experience with Bullhorn would be a bonus
Positive, committed attitude, willing to adapt and evolve

Competitive base salary of £32,000 - £35,000 basic DOE + bonus
