Specializing in a range of Senior Appointments in Exec into Emerging Tech within Etail, Software & Fintech industries, as well as having launched their Sports division to place C-Suite’s within the sports industry. Working alongside the SMT and Internal Resourcing team, you will be instrumental in processes which will see this Recruitment business scale up from 50 people, to 250 people, continuing their progress as one of the fastest growing SME's in Europe.
Duties will include
Developing policies and procedures for new staff coming into the business
Working alongside Managers in the business on rates of attraction and retention
Implementing a structured Learning and Development academy
Working with the Consultants on their desired career path
Building a strong, motivated culture among teams
Assisting with day to day Operational training/planning
Who they are looking for:
Proven experience in scaling a business
Highly motivated and adept with working with sales people
Background in Recruitment would be hugely beneficial
