My client, based within walking distance of Surbiton train station, are growing - and have created a new role for an Operations Manager, who will be a vital cog in the Senior Management Team going forwards.
Primary responsibilities in this role include:
· CRM Systems/Process Management and reporting
· Personal Assistant to Directors and Sales team
· Office Management
· Areas of HR and Recruitment
The ideal candidate will be currently working in an Operations Management role, or in a Senior Operations Administration position and looking to make the step up.
