Based in their buzzy Holborn office, walking distance from two major tube stations, this is a role where hard work and loyalty is rewarded with progression and benefits galore!
Duties will include:
Diary management for team members
Arranging overnight stays and travel
Taking minutes at team meetings
Pulling together documents for applications, interviews and offers
Assisting the Compliance team with queries
Maintaining KPI trackers
Ad hoc admin duties
They are looking for a candidate with:
18 months + experience in a similar role
Confidence within the Recruitment process
Strong personality - no people pleasers!
High energy, positive approach to working
Outstanding organisation skills
Strong attention to detail
