3 days in office, 2 days WFH (after 3 month probation)
Are you a CRM wizz – who loves analysis, reporting and strategy?
Degree educated with AT LEAST 2 years’ experience within CRM and Operations?
Keen to take ownership of projects which will help the next growth stage of a business?
Our client, based in the City of London, are currently sat at 7 heads, with plan to grow to 25 over the next 3 years – they need anOperations Analystto help facilitate this.
Duties in the role will include, but not be limited to
Database Management – you will be the business expert for all things Bullhorn!
Quality assurance, identifying issues and training on CRM
Ensuring all data is present, correct and reported to Directors at regular intervals
Building custom reports and dashboards
Conducting onboarding for new staff members
Updating new company equipment
Sales, People, Marketing and Logistical Operations Administration
Who are we looking for?
2+ years’ experience leading on CRM Analytics or Operations for a start-up company
Educated to Degree level
Strong communication, attention to detail and reporting skills
Team player who loves collaborating on various projects
Someone very driven – looking to progress to Ops Manager/Director in time
