Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Do you have experience reporting into a Director/SMT?

Outstanding organisation skills, with great attention to detail?

The ability to work at pace, in a fast moving environment?

The Role

Supporting the Senior Management Team, you will be tasked with all things Administration, Diaries and Client Support.

They need an extra pair of hands to support the team in the office in a varied role, which will see you responsible for tasks including:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors into the Office 

  • Setting up meeting rooms 

  • Booking appointments and following the process through 

  • Answering all incoming calls and emails to the company inbox

  • Supporting Consultants with their Administration 

  • Diary bookings and arrangements 

To be considered for this role, you must have 2 years’ experience working as an Office Manager or PA in an SME.

The role would suit someone who has great attention to detail, loves variation and is motivated to progress - fantastic opportunity for someone who is wanting to push themselves to the next level.
