​At Kayman Recruitment, we have partnered with our client, a global search firm within quantitative trading, capital markets and commodity markets.

Duties will include:

  • Business Leadership – Collaborating with both the Founders and the wider team, promoting the company cultures and values

  • Operations – Supporting the office with day to day – dairy management, ordering supplies, booking travel, organising incentives….

  • Talent Acquisition – Assisting with the growth of the team – sourcing candidates, conducting first stage interviews and managing the process

  • HR – Facilitating the onboarding process, ensuring there is a smooth transition, correct documents are collected and maintaining sickness and holiday records

  • Technology – Negotiating best prices for systems from suppliers, and being the first line of support for the team with any problems

What they're looking for:

  • Experience within Recruitment Operations/Administration

  • Familiarity with Bullhorn and Linkedin Recruiter

  • Konwledge of Sourcebreaker, Zoominfo, Efinancialcareers, Lusha

  • Bags of enthusiasm and positivity are ESSENTIAL!

  • High levels of organisational skills, with outstanding attention to detail

  • Excellent communication across phone, email and face to face – adaptable to the audience

  • Must thrive in a busy, cross functional role and come with ideas on how to grow and be better
