Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 17:30

Do you have 18 months to 3 years’ experience in Office Administration?

Keen to join a growing firm in the City?

Open to taking on responsibility as the team and role develops?

Our market leading client need an extra pair of hands due to an internal promotion – join here and the only way to go will be up!

The Role

Supporting a busy team, you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Collating timesheets

  • Keeping the CRM system up to date

  • Checking documents, ensuring Compliance and GDPR standards are met

  • Assisting with chasing invoices

  • Data entry

  • Ad Hoc administration

The Person

  • Must be confident working in a fast-moving environment

  • CRM experience a huge advantage

  • Attention to detail needs to be on point – precise data entry is required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Drive to progress and take on more responsibility
