I am currently working with a Recruitment business, based in London Bridge, who are leaders in their field!

They are currently a team of 150 people, and have no plans to stop there.

This company is a big advocate of mental health and want to ensure their employees are receiving all the support and leadership necessary to flourish in their career!

They need someone confident, with outstanding Management and communication skills, with a flair for writing new policy and procedure, and executing to new Academy recruits, as well as working with experienced consultants and managers on their development plans.

Duties will include:

  • Working closely with Team leads/Directors to identify, create, plan, and produce strategies and frame works which will influence their growth

  • Design training programmes and tailored approaches

  • Manage training and workshops

  • Arrange 1-2-1's with team leads to implement a strategy for team development/improvement

  • Create training pathways for current consultants to continually develop

  • Liaise with senior managers to ensure their growing teams have clear development plans

  • Implement SMART targets for different levels within the business and mirror them to the expectations of the business

Necessary skills needed:

  • Learning and Development experience in a recruitment background

  • Proficient verbal and written communication

  • Experience managing a team

  • Good attention to detail

  • Positive work approach

  • Passionate about making a positive impact to an individuals career/personal development

  • Exemplary team work ethos
