As a result of their continuous growth, this global specialist recruitment brand is looking to add an L&D Manager to their award-winning Academy Program, in their brand new Austin office.

The People and Performance team will work alongside you to help you build your confidence and knowledge of the tailored training program provided to consultants upon arrival in the business.

You will report into the Global head of L&D and Senior VP of Austin. As the L&D Manager of the Austin office, your role will be hybrid across:

  • Learning and Development

    Internal Talent Acquisition

  • Team Management

They can offer you a total compensation package up to $148,000 in year one and a base salary up to $80,000 + tri annual bonuses

The Academy Program aims to onboard a number of Associate Consultants with 0 - 12 months experience and accelerate them through this multi award-winning training plan - you will run 3 Academies a year on a 4 months cycle each time. The goal for you is to get your consultants to graduate from the program and fully imbedded into the business and teams.

The training program and sessions you will run involve: core recruitment and sales trainings, coaching, 1 to 1 development, group training, role plays, and case studies.
