Junior Tech Recruiter – Union Square, NYC

Salary: Up to 60k base + commission

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across tech-focused markets

• Building relationships with candidates and clients within the startup ecosystem

• Learning how to source and engage top talent across Product, Software, AI, and ML

• Using modern AI-driven sales and outreach tools to improve efficiency and results

• Working closely with experienced recruiters and leadership to develop your market knowledge and business development skills
