Due to continued growth, they need an extra pair of hands to keep their team of Consultants, Managers and Back Office professionals growing.

Duties will include:

  • Taking job briefs from hiring managers

  • Advertising using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media

  • Headhunting, screening applicants and selecting for interview

  • Working alongside hiring managers on interviews, offers and onboarding

  • Taking the lead on Learning and Development for new starters

  • Attending careers/jobs fairs, building relationships across the business, putting an SLA in place to ensure time to hire and agency spend is monitored

What they're looking for:

  • Experience as an Internal Recruiter - ideally within the construction industry

  • Keen interest in progression, someone who wants to explore L&D and HR

  • Hard working, flexible approach to the role - someone who will go the extra mile

  • Confident with the search, screen and selection process - using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

What they can offer you:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

  • Based in the City of London HO, or a UK based satellite office
