Working across tech, marketing and advertising, this remote first Recruitment business are looking to grow - they need to top notch Internal Recruiter with experience in their market to help facilitate this, and their plans for 2024 and beyond!

They are looking for:

  • Either a recruitment consultant looking for a career change or an existing Internal Recruiter

  • At least a minimum of 2 years or recent experience

  • Confident user of LinkedIn and Job Boards

  • Someone who LOVES the search, screen and selection process

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude, with a flexible approach and the ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good attention to detail, process driven, and methodical

  • Commercial acumen

  • Must have a solid background within Recruitment - ideally in an Internal function

  • Have a passion for the industry, and the desire to grow long term

What will you be doing?

  • Sourcing the market for the best talent across Grads, Experienced and Operational hires

  • Conduct regular catch ups with Team Leaders, Managers and SMT on campaigns

  • Ensure due diligence processes are being followed at all times

  • Developing attractive hiring campaigns

  • Building relationships with external suppliers

  • Diary management, booking interviews and sending out confirmations

  • Supporting the on boarding of new hires
