This role is instrumental in the next phase of growth for this Executive Search agency, based in Canary Wharf, London. Working across the UK, Europe and USA, they are currently sat at 25, and want this to double in the next 18 months - with the addition of trainee, experienced and management level consultants. The business is growing into the USA in 2023, so it is time for the Directors to hand over the recruitment reins to an experienced Internal Recruiter, who wants to help the business scale! They specialise in the Automotive space, and have become masters of this niche, so the ability to find the best of the best is essential! 

​Duties include:

  • Using Search techniques such as LinkedIn Boolean to attract and build relationships with passive & active candidates

  • Carefully qualifying candidates against specific role requirements and company culture.

  • Managing your candidates' expectations ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout experience.

  • Participating in face-to-face interviews, learning how to conduct competency, behavioural, and situational-based interview scenarios

  • Support with internal hires for international expansion starting with a new office within the US.

  • Assisting the Directors in building long-term relationships with experienced talent, to help create a pipeline over the next 2-3 years, being proactive in identifying gaps within the team, and finding solutions with external hires.

  • Working closely with the marketing department to support/lead our efforts in employer branding

  • Engaging directly with schools, colleges, and universities to understand upcoming career events to identify new talent, who are seeking opportunities within the recruitment industry

  • Support and welcome new starters, ensure they integrate into the business and make leadership aware of any further support that may be needed to help their integration or training

What they are looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience within an internal role

  • Headhunting expertise

  • Confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter/Job Boards

  • Good working knowledge of MS office and Excel

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills

  • Interest around HR and L&D
