Our client are looking for a Internal Recruiter to join their team of over 1800 employees at their Hatfield office in Hertfordshire.

Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter with an impressive history of recruiting in healthcare, and looking for a new opportunity to make your mark?
No two days will be the same as you begin recruiting for healthcare workers, nurses, and support staff for CAMHS services across the UK.

Duties will include:

  • You will be energetic, creative, and resilient, and be comfortable working both individually and as part of a larger team with various stakeholders.

  • Working alongside Hospital Directors, you will maintain regular contact and deliver high-quality candidates to meet the requirements of the service.

  • You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Sourcing active and passive candidates from online databases, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals

  • Providing pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions through active on-going search

  • Generating a high volume/high-quality pipeline of future suitable candidates

  • Helping devise and coordinate new recruitment initiatives

What they're looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience

  • Healthcare experience desirable

  • Willing to travel when required

  • Flexibility – happy to talk when candidates are free
