Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates for live vacancies.

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.

• Manage candidate interviews and provide ongoing support through to placement.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and market intelligence.

• Work closely with senior consultants to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

• Develop expertise within specialist recruitment markets through ongoing training and coaching.

What's on Offer

• Base salary of $52,000, increasing to $55,000 upon successful completion of probation.

• First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000–$95,000.
