​Role: HR Advisor
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
Hours: 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, Office based

About the role:
• Supporting the SMT of a hugely successful business with plans for growth through 2021
• Preparing Contract documents
• On-boarding new starters and delivering initial training
• Minute taking in Management, development and disciplinary meetings
• Ensuring all HR Administration is kept up to date and within legal guidelines

About the person:
• 2 years’+ HR experience is essential
• CIPD qualification preferred, but not a deal breaker
• Positive approach to work – full of ideas on new processes
• Experience with HR Law, minute taking and onboarding
• Live within a commutable daily commute of Loughton
• Flexible approach to working hours (40 per week)
