What you'll be doing:

• Screening and qualifying candidates across the US Construction market
• Managing candidates through a detailed recruitment process
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Supporting high-volume live vacancies across multiple specialist sectors
• Working closely with an experienced US-based team

Specialist markets include:

• Commercial Construction
• Data Centre Construction
• Rail
• Heavy Civil
• Site Development
• Tunnels
• Wastewater
• Multi-Family Construction

What we're looking for:

• Recruitment experience within Construction, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Rail, or related sectors
• Agency recruitment background
• Experience recruiting within the US market would be highly advantageous
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn from top performers

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 23:00 SAST
Friday: 14:00 – 21:00 SAST
