​At Kayman Recruitment, we have partnered with an Executive Search firm covering USA, Europe and Asia. Our client has offices in Singapore, London and NYC and traded in over 20 countries last year. They have just created a US entity in NYC and want help to build that office and are looking for a Head Researcher all the way up to Director level profiles (they are very flexible on the job title) to join their team of 30+ covering Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Strategy and Transformation, Economics and Forensic, Digital, Climate and Sustainability. The successful candidate will develop the office, set culture up and own/lead the expansion of the firm throughout the country.

Duties of the role:

  • There is a large existing pipeline of work to work on from day one, this person would take over a completely warm desk, things are being covered from the UK at the moment -

  • 8 large searches for them to sink their teeth into upon arrival

  • Pipeline is worth $1.5 million - Room to grow and opportunity to progress in the role.

What they're looking for:

  • Competitive salary of up to $150,000 base + Bonus + Commissions up to 45% - Earning potential year 1: $225,000 to $300,000

  • Expect them to be able to operate well on their own

  • 5+ years’ experience in Professional Services space or Energy/Renewables.

  • Good track record of billings and training and developing people. Banking, Strategy Consulting firms or Energy, Climate.

  • The role will be fairly hands on at first, but if they would like to take a step back into a pure management role after they start staffing the company then that is completely fine as well.

  • Happy to consider standalone billers.

  • Very open to conversation.

  • For the right person they will build things depending on what they come into the firm as.
