​Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Industrial Staffing to take full ownership of building and growing their industrial temporary staffing division in Dallas, Texas.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven staffing professional who can develop the division, drive revenue growth, and build on an existing recruitment infrastructure and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the industrial temporary staffing division.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the industrial staffing business.

• Drive new business development and revenue generation across the market.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the existing recruitment team.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand the division's client base.

• Monitor performance, revenue, and key operational metrics.

• Work with the existing team and infrastructure to deliver high-quality temporary staffing solutions.

• Play a key role in shaping the long-term growth and direction of the division.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience within industrial staffing, temporary staffing, or a closely related sector.

• Strong track record of growing a staffing division, desk, or book of business.

• Demonstrated business development and client acquisition experience.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.

• Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to take full ownership of a business unit.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
