​At Kayman Recruitment, we have partnered with one of the world's three largest and most prestigious management consulting firms. They are looking for a Strategic Talent Recruiter to join their Executive Search team of 7 people in the US and you can be based in either Boston or Chicago. This is a hybrid position, recruiting both for the firm internally and their sister companies, as well as their external clients globally. You will build out their Financial Services/ Strategy Consulting/Climate & Sustainability/ HR/ Digital/ Tech desk.

Our client is looking for a delivery expert who can own and execute large mandates from start to finish – you will be:

• Conducting research

• Headhunting on LinkedIn

• Dealing with applications on the company website

• Mapping competitor landscape

• Initial outreach to candidate and building relationship with them

What they can offer you:

• A competitive salary of up to $140,000 base + 15% bonus
