Kayman are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing Recruitment business, specialising Technology across the UK, Europe, USA and UAE.
Due to a record breaking 2023, they are now looking to move some previously outsourced functions in house, including Finance.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a CIMA qualified Finance Manager, who wants to build their own team around them.
Duties will include:
Payroll and Commission - keeping on top of processes for the business, monitoring additional payments or reductions and ensuring all staff members and contractors are onboarded to deadline
Invoicing - using Xero to issue invoices and reminders, monitoring the finance system and cashflow
Credit Control - Managing the purchase ledger process, reconciliations, ad aged debt
Supplier management - collating receipts and payments
Budgeting - preparing accounts and tax returns
Expenses - collecting to deadline, checking, signing off and issuing payment
Compliance - working with the HMRC to ensure all us correct on a quietly basis
They are looking for:
3+ years' professional experience within Finance, ideally in a Recruitment business
CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting
Strong multitasker who can hit the ground running, juggling a busy department
Highly analytical thinker, with the ability to problem solve
Outstanding attention to detail
