As a consultant/senior consultant, you will be expecting to generate some new business on a yearly basis, alongside executing searches and guiding associates.
Very varied work, from advisory consulting to diversity projects to CEO succession.
What they are looking for:
Develop the research strategy, prepare market mapping and competitor analysis
Develop initial lists of possible candidates
Contact and discuss the role with candidates with the aim of determining their interests in, and suitability for the role
participate in candidates interviews
Prepare reports for client update meetings
Attend client briefing and update meetings
Develop expertise in relevant industry sectors
Provide support to individual partners in the business development process
Assist in building the knowledge base of the firm
