We’re partnering with a growing executive search firm focused on high-impact, retained searches for venture-backed and high-growth technology companies. They’re building out their US-based team and are seeking a strategic Executive Search Analyst to support complex, senior-level searches. This is not a high-volume sourcing role. Success in this position requires strong judgment, structured thinking, and the ability to operate as a true partner to Executive Recruiters across retained engagements. You’ll join a team of 4 full-time analysts helping to elevate overall search quality and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support up to 5 retained searches simultaneously

• Build and refine high-quality, targeted candidate pipelines

• Re-engage and nurture senior candidates with thoughtful, tailored outreach

• Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to shape search strategy and execution

• Leverage modern sourcing tools and AI-driven research techniques

• Maintain strong project management across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in executive search or recruiting

• Background in agency recruiting or VC-backed startups strongly preferred

• Proven ability to demonstrate strategic judgment, not just pipeline volume

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• Interest in emerging tools and AI-driven sourcing methods

• Comfort working in a remote, high-performance team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 + bonus
