We have partnered with a top tier global recruitment firm that is making a key hire, Director in their Philadelphia office. This is a priority hire with significant backing and growth potential and a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to step into a true build-out role, taking over an existing team and scaling aggressively over the next 18-24 months. 

They are a specialist in the Financial Services and Technical recruiting (ERP, AI/ML, Data, etc...) and they currently have a team of 5 experienced consultants to manage from day one with the goal to grow to 14+ over the next two years. 

With offices in NYC, Philadelphia, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Zurich they have all the infrastructure and financial backing needed to support their Directors and you'd be partnered with a Managing Director who has built multiple divisions/offices in the past.  

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: $130k-$150k

  Commissions on personal billings 20%-40% + team override + LTIP from day one 

• Presidents Club Trips

• Proven experience in recruitment (ideally with leadership exposure)

• Strong billing track record
