Development Sales Negotiator

​At Kayman Recruitment, we have partnered with a Property firm who sell new homes on Luxury Developments across London. They are looking for a Development Sales Negotiator to join their team of 6 - 10 employees.

Duties of the role:

  • Meeting with new buyers, talking through their requirements and motivation

  • Booking viewings and showing buyers around properties

  • Negotiating and closing offers

  • Managing the chain, keeping all parties up to date on developments

  • Canvassing for new instructions Hosting property open days

What they're looking for:

  • Proven experience within Real Estate, preferably within New Homes

  • High levels of commerciality

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Driven and motivated to make money and offer an outstanding service Flexible approach to working

What they can offer you:

  • Competitive Salary of £30,000 basic + Commission with 1st OTE £50,000 - £60,000

  • 5 day week (DOIL when Saturday is worked)

  • Opportunity to WFH

  • Oyster card for travel to developments

  • Continued progression
