Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced, generalist Delivery Recruiter to support a broad range of technology‑focused hires, working, working closely with senior stakeholders and C‑suite candidates.

This is a hands‑on delivery role suited to someone confident operating autonomously in a start‑up / build‑phase environment. You’ll take ownership of multiple searches while also contributing to the foundations of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a wide range of tech‑adjacent roles, including:

    • Product & Technology Leadership

    • Finance within Tech (CFO, Tech Finance)

    • HR & People roles in tech

    • Sales & Go‑To‑Market roles

    • Business Transformation & Private Equity‑linked hires

  • Conduct thorough market mapping, long‑listing, and candidate identification

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach

  • Manage multiple roles concurrently across different geographies

  • Work closely with C‑suite and Director‑level candidates, ensuring high standards of professionalism and credibility

Business Support & Growth

  • Support business development activity, particularly through email campaigns

  • Assist with CRM setup, administration, and data management

  • Contribute ideas and processes to help build and shape the recruitment function as the business grows

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

2+ years’ experience as a Recruiter (ideally tech‑focused)
Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong Boolean search capability
Market mapping & long‑list generation experience
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £1,500 – £2,000 per month (preference towards the higher end)
