This is a pure 180 delivery role, focused entirelyfocused entirely on candidate relationships and placements within high-growth, tech startups across the U.S. You’ll be working across some of the most exciting and in-demand tech sectors, including AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Cloud, partnering with leading startups and scaling businesses in the space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates across AI, Software Engineering, Data & Cloud markets

• Sourcing and engaging top talent through LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

• Managing the candidate process from initial outreach through to placement

• Supporting delivery into fast-moving, high-growth technology markets

• Developing expertise within niche, in-demand tech verticals

• Focusing purely on candidate delivery (no business development required)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years' experience in recruitment (agency experience required)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Genuine interest in technology markets such as AI, Cloud, Data, or Software Engineering

• Ambition to grow within a scaling recruitment business

Compensation & Incentives:

• $60k–$70k base salary (DOE)
