Role Overview

As a Delivery Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and supported throughout. You will handle 2-4 roles concurrently, overseeing candidate engagement, salary negotiations, start dates, and ongoing communication - particularly for candidates with long notice periods.

You will also participate in client briefings and may occasionally support account managers with client engagement. Regular 1:1 meetings will help set KPIs, which vary weekly depending on workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to placement.

• Maintain candidate engagement, particularly those with long notice periods.

• Conduct interview preparation and coaching in detail.

• Negotiate salaries and manage start dates.

• Support account managers on client engagement when needed.

• Participate in client briefing calls.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline sourcing and recruitment processes.

• Maintain accurate records using Bullhorn and Atlas ATS.

• Attend weekly 1:1s to track KPIs and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 18 months experience in recruitment within tech, DevOps, software engineering, change, and transformation roles.

• Experience in skills-shortage markets may be considered if tech experience is limited.

• Knowledge of UK, Germany, or EU tech markets.

• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
