An exciting opportunity has become available to join a UK-based global, award-winning recruitment business that specialises in Digital, Tech, SaaS, Media and Marketing.

💻 Fully Remote (UK Hours)
💰 Base + Uncapped Quarterly Commission

We’re looking for:
• 5–8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing recruitment (SA or international)
• Strong client management and delivery experience - Ideally based in Cape Town to be able to take the clients out when in SA and meet them face-face
• Proactive, independent, and driven to perform

Non-negotiable Criteria: Proven delivery or recruitment experience; avoid pure rookies. Excellent spoken and written English, confident speaking with US or UK stakeholders. Comfortable working US East Coast hours for US role (2pm–11pm SA time). For UK role, experience delivering into UK tech sales or digital marketing roles. Ideally based in or near Cape Town
