Delivery Consultant – HR Recruitment
Job description
Our client is looking for a Delivery Consultant. This is a delivery-focused role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle without business development responsibilities.
You will work closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across senior HR and talent roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment delivery process from briefing to placement
Conduct detailed screening calls (typically 30 minutes) and extract key insights
Build strong pipelines of high-quality HR and talent candidates
Partner with clients during briefing and feedback stages
Work on approximately 3 live roles at a time
Achieve a target of 2–4 placements per month
Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience
Maximise value from client and candidate interactions

Requirements
Essential
3–5 years recruitment experience
Strong delivery/research capability
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in permanent recruitment
Highly Preferred
Experience recruiting HR or People professionals
Background in senior or executive search
Experience with VC-backed or tech companies
Exposure to 360 recruitment or sales (beneficial for client interaction)
Not Suitable
Bulk or high-volume recruitment backgrounds
Blue-collar recruitment experience
Experience Preferences
Ideally experience recruiting within Europe or the UK
Other regions considered if experience is relevant
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: ± R40,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Commission: Fixed fee per placement (discussed individually)
Annual leave: 25 days + public holidays (aligned with team structure)

Standard: 10:00 – 19:00 (SAST)
