Job description
Our client is seeking a motivated Delivery Consultant to join a high-performing recruitment team, focusing on senior-level placements in the consulting and strategy space. This role will involve a mix of market mapping andend-to-end candidate management, with opportunities to work on high-value senior roles (Partner, Managing Director, and C-suite).
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in agency recruitment, preferably from the Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC) or similar firms (BDO, Grant Thornton), with experience engaging Private Equity talent being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market mapping and candidate sourcing for senior-level consulting and strategy roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for selected candidates: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
Engage confidently with MD and Partner-level candidates across multiple regions.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and ensure consistent follow-up.
Collaborate with internal account managers while also independently driving searches to completion.
Contribute to business growth targets and participate in weekly 1:1s and quarterly reviews.
Non-Negotiable Criteria:
Minimum 2–3 years of agency experience in consulting and management strategy recruitment.
Proven ability to manage senior-level candidates end-to-end.
Autonomy in completing tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and process discipline.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: R40,000 – R60,000 per month (depending on experience)
Commission: 25% for candidate passovers, 50% for end-to-end placements, paid quarterly. Tiered commission structure for high achievers.
Annual Leave: 26 days + option to align with UK or South African public holidays.
Flexible working hours (40 hours/week), with some potential US hour coverage.
