​Our client is an established specialist recruitment business focused on Technology, AI and Data, working with both start-up and enterprise customers across international markets. They are a small, established team operating as a fully remote business, with team members currently based across the UK, Ireland and Spain.

They are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a pure delivery-focused recruitment opportunity, ideally suited to an experienced 270 Recruitment Consultant looking to further develop their client and account management experience.

The successful candidate will take ownership of candidate delivery across the UK market, working independently within a highly autonomous environment and using AI and technology to make the recruitment process more efficient.

Working Model

Fully Remote

Candidates will be based remotely in South Africa, working closely with an international recruitment team and supporting the UK market.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and managing their workload without close supervision or micromanagement.

What You'll Be Recruiting

The role will primarily focus on the UK recruitment market, so a strong understanding of the UK recruitment landscape and geography is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery side of the recruitment process from candidate identification through to successful placement.

• Source, identify and engage high-quality candidates across the UK market.

• Conduct detailed candidate research and build relevant talent pipelines.

• Qualify candidates thoroughly before submission.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

• Manage candidates throughout the interview and recruitment process.

• Support candidates through to offer and placement.

• Build strong, long-term candidate relationships.

• Support client and account management activity where required.

• Develop your involvement with existing client relationships over time.

• Maintain a high standard of candidate delivery and service.

• Use AI and technology to improve sourcing, research, qualification, pitching and candidate management.

• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve recruitment efficiency.

• Take ownership of your workload, priorities and delivery within a fully remote environment.

What We Are Looking For

• UK recruitment experience is essential.

• Ideally 2+ years of recruitment experience.

• Strong delivery, sourcing and research capability.

• Experience within Technology, AI, Data or a related specialist recruitment market is advantageous.

• Ideally some experience with client or account management.

• Strong understanding of the UK recruitment market and geography.

• Proven ability to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong candidate qualification and screening skills.

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of your workload.

• Results-focused with strong attention to quality and detail.

• Genuine interest in AI and how it can be applied to recruitment.

• Experience using AI tools is beneficial but not essential.

• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools would be advantageous.

• Curious, adaptable and willing to experiment with new ways of working.
