Our client is seeking 2x Delivery Consultants to join their consultancy team. This is a permanent position ideal for candidates with M&A or professional services recruitment experience. The role is non-client facing and involves supporting the recruitment process across multiple deals annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct volume messaging on LinkedIn and perform brief screening calls.

• Support recruitment for high-value deals (approx. 8 deals per year, ~$40,000 each).

• Assist in recruiting senior professionals in professional services (lawyers, finance, etc.).

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful candidate delivery.

• Potentially work across EU, US, or UK markets depending on experience and availability.

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant permanent recruitment experience (junior candidates with 1 year considered; 2–3 years preferred).

• Experience in M&A, consultancy, or professional services recruitment.

• Exposure to EU, US, or local markets preferred.

• Non-client facing experience only; candidates mostly focused on contract roles will not be considered.
