Established across the UK and European markets, the company is experiencing significant growth in the USA and is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to support their expanding client base.

The Role: Delivery Consultant – Data Centres & Mission Critical (USA, UK & EU)

Working closely with experienced Business Development Consultants, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates across a range of Data Centre and Mission Critical vacancies throughout the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.

• Manage the recruitment delivery process from qualification through to placement.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across technical and construction-related disciplines.

• Conduct candidate interviews and provide detailed shortlists to clients.

• Coordinate interviews, offer management, and candidate onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment, delivery, or resourcing experience.

• Experience within Data Centres, Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Energy, or other technical markets is advantageous.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable working with international clients and candidates.
