 We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' agency recruitment experience

• Insurance, banking, finance or actuarial recruitment experience

• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills

• Excellent candidate management & objection-handling ability

• A stable career history and passion for delivery
