​Our client is a highly respected specialist recruitment business with over 20 years of market expertise, supporting some of the UK's largest programmes across Nuclear, Defence, Rail, Aviation, Energy, Infrastructure, and Data Centres. They are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to join the business as a key member of the team, working directly alongside the founder to support the next phase of growth.

This is more than a traditional recruitment role. The successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment delivery across the UK market while helping to shape how AI and automation are integrated into recruitment processes and business operations.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will specialise in recruiting professionals across the UK Project Controls market, supporting major programmes within:

• Nuclear

• Defence

• Rail

• Aviation

• Energy

• Infrastructure

• Data Centres

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across live UK vacancies.

• Source and headhunt high-quality candidates within the Project Controls market.

• Screen, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships from initial engagement through to placement.

• Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Work directly with the founder to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes through AI and automation.

• Assist with implementing AI-driven workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.

• Contribute to the ongoing growth and scaling of the business through innovation and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven agency recruitment experience with strong delivery and headhunting capabilities.

• Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through to placement.

• Passion for AI, automation, and leveraging technology to improve recruitment delivery.

• Working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and candidate sourcing skills.

• Ability to recruit within specialist or hard-to-find talent markets.

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Keen to develop expertise within the UK Project Controls market.
