​Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant – Consulting to join their growing recruitment team on a permanent basis. This is a delivery-focused opportunity for a recruiter with proven experience recruiting into consulting, Big Four, boutique consulting, tax advisory, or audit advisory environments.

The successful candidate will work with an established portfolio of consulting clients, taking ownership of recruitment delivery while supporting hiring requirements across the UK, U.S., and wider global markets.

Working Model

Remote

Cape Town preferred, with candidates outside Cape Town considered if they are open to relocating in the future.

Working hours will be flexible depending on the market being covered, with UK or U.S. market hours applicable where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment delivery across an established portfolio of consulting clients.

• Source and identify high-quality consulting professionals for live vacancies.

• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within specialist consulting markets.

• Develop a deep understanding of individual client requirements and consultancy structures.

• Work closely with existing client relationships to deliver against recruitment mandates.

• Support recruitment activity across UK, U.S., and global markets.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information using MindTracks and the integrated CRM.

• Contribute market insight and support the wider team with delivery requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting into consulting businesses is essential.

• Experience working with Big Four, boutique consulting firms, or tax/audit advisory practices within Big Four/Big Five environments.

• Strong understanding of consultancy recruitment and client dynamics.

• Excellent candidate sourcing and delivery capability.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage recruitment processes independently.

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a remote environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with both candidates and senior stakeholders.

• Ideally based in Cape Town, although exceptional candidates elsewhere in South Africa may be considered.
