Job description

​Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to join their growing recruitment team, specialising in Infrastructure recruitment across the UK market. This is a fully remote opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys delivery-focused recruitment and building strong relationships with high-quality candidates.

The successful candidate will support live recruitment projects, sourcing and managing professionals across major infrastructure and construction projects throughout the UK.

What You'll Be Recruiting

You will specialise in recruiting professionals across the UK Infrastructure sector, including:

  • Quantity Surveyors

  • Project Managers

  • Infrastructure Professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates for live infrastructure vacancies.

  • Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.

  • Manage the recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records.

  • Work closely with the wider recruitment team to deliver successful hiring outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, or a related technical sector.

  • Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
