​Our client is looking to hire a Delivery Consultant (Tech, Engineering & Product), where you will be the second hire in their newly established Delivery Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and play a critical role in managing the full recruitment process and providing exceptional account management to their clients.

Duties will include:

Candidate Sourcing and Management:

  • Utilise various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to identify and attract top-quality candidates in the technology, engineering, product, and business fields.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interview screenings and skill evaluations, to ensure a strong match between candidates and client requirements.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, nurturing relationships and providing candidate guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Understand clients' hiring needs, culture, and technical requirements to effectively match them with suitable candidates.

  • Manage end-to-end interview processes, including coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.

  • Build out new contact relationships with existing client companies. Farm to expand Key Accounts and expand their service to new stakeholders and departments within the client.

Collaborate:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand their services.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies to better understand client needs and provide strategic guidance.
