Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Client Partner – Regulatory Affairs to join their growing specialist recruitment team on a permanent basis. This is a commercially focused 360 recruitment opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and/or Consulting.
The successful candidate will take ownership of an established desk with active clients, warm opportunities, and significant growth potential across the UK and U.S. markets.
Working Model
Remote
Cape Town preferred, although candidates elsewhere in South Africa may be considered if they are open to eventually relocating to Cape Town.
Working hours are flexible depending on the international market being covered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
Take ownership of an established Regulatory Affairs recruitment desk.
Develop and grow existing client relationships.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within Regulatory Affairs and Consulting.
Source, engage, and qualify specialist candidates.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
Take over and develop an existing retained client relationship.
Leverage warm leads and existing opportunities to generate immediate business.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase recruitment revenue.
Maintain accurate candidate and client information using MindTracks and the integrated CRM.
Work closely with experienced leadership, drawing on existing Regulatory Affairs and medical contract recruitment expertise.
What We Are Looking For
Proven recruitment experience or strong market knowledge within Regulatory Affairs or Consulting is essential.
Strong understanding of at least one of these specialist markets.
Proven 360 recruitment capability, including client development and business generation.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build and grow a recruitment desk.
Excellent candidate sourcing, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and specialist professionals.
Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven.
Ideally based in Cape Town, although candidates elsewhere in South Africa may be considered with a willingness to relocate in the future.
