Job description
Our client is a 30-year-established specialist recruitment business operating across the healthcare sector, covering the UK, EU, and USA markets.
This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines within a structured, process-driven sourcing function, with high-volume outreach and engagement. The individual will identify, qualify, and manage candidates through the early stages of the recruitment process, ensuring accurate data management and effective communication before handing over.
Success in the role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work efficiently against targets while collaborating closely with internal teams and continuously contributing to improved sourcing strategies and delivery outcomes.
