This role is focused on winning new business, building relationships with hiring managers, and partnering closely with the delivery team to fill contract and permanent roles across IT, cloud, and software engineering. They’re looking for someone with a strong track record in agency BD (ideally within tech staffing) who thrives in a target-driven environment. The position is based in the DMV area (must be local), offering an $80–100k base + uncapped commission with strong earning potential.
