Kayman Recruitment are working with a media agency, based in Loughton, Essex, who are looking for a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience within Marketing and Sales who wants to join a thriving team and help push them to the next level.

Duties will include:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
They are looking for:
Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry
Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Strong negotiation and closing skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
