Do you have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy, varied admin role?
Keen to step up into an Office Management position in time?
Comfortable as part of a small business, reporting into the Director?
We are working alongside a business based in Basildon, who are keen to add to their support team – they need someone highly organised, motivated, and keen to progress!
You will be tasked with looking after all things Operational – from organising Client meetings and directing all calls and post, to maintaining the Reception area and meeting and greeting visitors.
Assisting all departments within the business, you will be their first line of support. Cliché I know, but no two days will be the same.
Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Chase invoices and take care of financial aspects
Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Who are we looking for?
Confident user of MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Effective multi-tasker – highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
