Our client is a high-growth specialist recruitment firm within the Construction & Engineering space and is looking to add experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to its expanding team. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling business with an established reputation across Heavy Civil, Site Development, and Construction markets. This role offers the chance to own the full recruitment lifecycle while building long-term client relationships within a high-performing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the Construction & Engineering sector

• Source, engage, and place top talent within Heavy Civil, Site Development, and Construction markets

• Develop and grow your own book of business while leveraging warm client accounts

• Negotiate terms, manage recruitment processes, and deliver high-quality service to clients and candidates

• Collaborate with an ambitious, high-performance recruitment team

Ideal Background

• Proven experience within agency recruitment / staffing

• Background recruiting within Construction, Heavy Civil, Engineering, or Site Development markets preferred
