We are partnering with a high-growth, award-winning recruitment business to hire a 360 Recruitment Consultant for their expanding New York team. The firm is also open to high high-potential entry-level SDRs who are eager to transition into a full 360 recruitment role.

The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant

This is a full 360 role responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with ownership across both client and candidate management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

  • Driving business development and managing retained recruitment mandates

  • Sourcing, engaging, and managing high-calibre candidates across the tech market

  • Running full-cycle recruitment from origination through to placement

  • Delivering on live mandates within high-growth, well-funded startup environments
