Job description
We have partnered with an award-winning recruitment firm based in Union Square, New York, who are looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, 50-person business that partners with innovative Series C tech startups across Product, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, and Go-To-Market functions. The firm has built a strong reputation in the market, with approximately 70% of their work retained — reflecting the quality of both their client relationships and delivery model. They’re looking for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle within fast-moving tech markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
Building and growing relationships with startup and scaling tech clients
Recruiting across GTM and Tech functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
Managing candidate processes from sourcing and qualification through offer negotiation
Developing your own market presence and client base within high-growth tech sectors
Leveraging AI-driven sales and recruitment tools to improve outreach and efficiency
What They’re Looking For
Previous experience within 360 recruitment, agency recruitment, or business development recruitment environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive and driven approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Interest in technology, startups, and scaling businesses

Base salary up to $75,000 + uncapped commission structure
