Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their close-knit, collaborative team. This is a full lifecycle role covering business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
You will take ownership of your desk and operate with a high level of autonomy, managing roles with longer hiring cycles and complex stakeholder engagement.
This is not fast-paced, high-volume recruitment – success comes through patience, persistence, and strategic deal management.
What They’re Looking For
You will be a proven 360 recruiter with one of the following backgrounds:
Previous experience in maritime or shipping recruitment, or
A strong 360 consultant from a technical or commercial market (e.g. engineering, financial engineering, commercial trading, technical consulting) who is confident entering a new vertical with minimal support
Essential Requirements:
Proven 360 recruitment experience (business development + delivery)
Background in a technical or commercial sector
Confident working autonomously
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders (Asia and wider international markets)
Professional, commercially astute, and articulate approach
Comfortable managing longer recruitment cycles (3–4 months)
Please note: backgrounds in non-aligned sectors such as healthcare or education will not be suitable.

Typical hiring cycle: 3–4 months
Expected placements: 10–12 per year
Average fee per placement: £12,000
Team size: 9 consultants globally
