Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their close-knit, collaborative team. This is a full lifecycle role covering business development, client management, and candidate delivery.

You will take ownership of your desk and operate with a high level of autonomy, managing roles with longer hiring cycles and complex stakeholder engagement.

This is not fast-paced, high-volume recruitment – success comes through patience, persistence, and strategic deal management.

What They’re Looking For

You will be a proven 360 recruiter with one of the following backgrounds:

  • Previous experience in maritime or shipping recruitment, or

  • A strong 360 consultant from a technical or commercial market (e.g. engineering, financial engineering, commercial trading, technical consulting) who is confident entering a new vertical with minimal support

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience (business development + delivery)

  • Background in a technical or commercial sector

  • Confident working autonomously

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders (Asia and wider international markets)

  • Professional, commercially astute, and articulate approach

  • Comfortable managing longer recruitment cycles (3–4 months)

Please note: backgrounds in non-aligned sectors such as healthcare or education will not be suitable.

Role Environment & Performance Expectations

  • Market type: Slow-burn, high-value recruitment

  • Typical hiring cycle: 3–4 months

  • Expected placements: 10–12 per year

  • Average fee per placement: £12,000

  • Team size: 9 consultants globally

  • Working model: Fully remote
