At Kayman Recruitment, we are working with a boutique Tech recruitment firm in Shoreditch who are looking to bring in experienced 360 consultants. You will come on board to help build client relationships within the UK, and EU as well as work with their current warm accounts.
Duties will include:
To take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales with the UK
Source candidates for roles to meet client requirements with Project Management
Manage key accounts
Build a relevant network to desk and market
They are looking for:
3 years of sales/recruitment experience
An experienced 360 consultant
Collab rotative and dynamic personalities
Previous contract experience
